Bozdağ Itimat company was founded in Odemiş/IZMIR in 1994. We have more than 50 years experience in fresh chestnut before the experience of candied chestnut production. Our company become a very well recognised candied chestnut brand in whosale candied chestnut trade.

Our plant is in the centre of chestnut land in Turkey, Our experts get the chestnuts from The Bozdag's, these chestnuts are the best quality and most suitable to use making candy. Bozdag candied chestnuts have a special taste because of its naturality. Naturality is one of the essentials of our company. Whole products are totally natural which are produced from the best quality raw materials. Our chestnuts choose by the specialists about the chestnuts.

Our company has moved to a new factory plant which is 2300 m2 in 2001 . So the production capasity was increased. Also we renewed our production line , bought a steam peeling line from Boema SPA/ Italy in 2003.
After this line we have begun to produce peeling and frozen chestnuts and export to EU countries.

Our company is one of wellknown exporters about fresh chestnut, frozen /peeled chestnut and candied chestnuts in Turkey.
