By making tenders for a total of 139 projects since 2003, and as a result of these projects, approximately 132,276 independent units will be built.

Emlak Konut was offered to public twice that will be crowned twice with a breakthrough and will lead its goals to broader horizons. The first offering in 2010 was among the 5 biggest public offerings in the history of the Republic. The secondary public offering in 2013 was the largest public offering in the real estate sector in Europe in the last 5 years. Growing with the IPO, paid-up capital of 3.8 billion pounds, which reached 22.3 billion pounds by June 30, 2018 further strengthened its place among Turkey's most powerful company with its total assets.

It has successfully completed works in its field, from past to present, mainly in Istanbul, in Trabzon, Samsun, Malatya, Çankırı, Aydın, Balıkesir, Van, Kars, Ağrı, Kütahya and Eskişehir by constructing 3500 houses, social facilities, trade areas, connection roads, infrastructure, bridge, treatment and Sports facilities.
