Description: The product is long lived cement based facade-covering paste which provides excellent appearance both for outside and inside faces, and is highly resistant to factors, such as rain and sun. It decreases the consumption of the paint and extends the life of the paint. It is produced as two types, thin and thick.
Fields of Usage: It can be used with the surfaces, such as, aerated concrete, bims block, thick plaster, thin plaster, exposed concrete etc.
Application: 25 kg. Aragonit inside – outside facade paste is mixed with 5-6 liters of water with a low-speed mixer until a homogenous mixture has been obtained without any roundish lumps. This mixture is left to settle approximately for 10 minutes and after mixing again, it is ready to be used. The surfaces on which the mortar will be applied is cleaned from dust, dirt, remnants, oil etc. The thick paste is applied on the surface with the help of shovel trowel. 30 minutes after the application, it is polished with the shovel trowel. 24 hours after this application, the thin paste is applied on the surface with the shovel trowel. 24 hours later, the surface is given a last shape with a thin – jagged corundum and the paint application is made. It conforms to any sort of paint perfectly.
Cautions and Precautions
• Application surfaces should be free from elements, such as dust, dirt, sweeps, oil etc.
• The mixer’s working rate should be maximum 120 speed.
• The prepared mortar should be consumed within 2 hours
• No additives other than water should be put into the material
• The surface should be protected from wind, water and sunlight during application
• The cement based materials shouldn’t be breathed directly and their contact with skin should be avoided. During the process, protective clothes should be put on
