Inclined Dampening
It is used to moisturize grain in cereal processing plants. The wheat to be moisturized triggers the water flow sensor at the machine inlet so that water can be sprayed onto the grain and the water is mixed with the grain. The pallets push the water and grain mixture towards the machine exit. Water distribution is fast and equal, allowing water to be fully penetrated and absorbed into the grains. The water inlet is controlled by electronic or mechanical debimeter device. Due to the limited operating speed of the machine, the breaking of the grain is prevented and the abrasion r of the rotor is minimized.
