Made out of specially rolled aluminum, our air dampers are designed to be used in ventilation and air-conditioning applications. They are used in HVAC systems to adjust the air quantity and pressure. They can be used manually or with and engine according to your wish. They can be coated with eloxal or electrostatic powder oven paint.
In open position, damper cases are designed to cause minimum pressure lost. While they are in closed position, the wings cover on top of each other, build a leak-proof structure and shuts air out.
The wheel mechanism that controls moves of damper wings consists of gears made of hard pvc. Gears are assembled on damper chassis made of galvanized sheet after they are placed into the sockets in the wings. The durable sockets are designed with easily running gear mechanism. The power from the damper engine with hexagonal steel transmission shaft or the manual power is transmitted to the gears and the movement of the damper is fulfilled.
Alp air dampers can be produced with narrow or wide winged with various measures according to you project.
